$80/wk increase for a leaking toilet

My rent has increased by $80 per week (20% increase) despite them not attending to what I consider to be major maintenance issues like a very old, loose and leaking toilet, a gas cook top/grill/oven that breaks regularly, and very old carpet/furnishings. The only maintenance that has been conducted in the last year was to fix 2 of 4 gas heaters (required by law) and that didn’t happen until late August.
