Dealing With Had 2 rent…

Had 2 rent increases in 2 months. The owner of the property says he wants to knock down walls, put in new kitchen etc and the real estate is pushing to get us out. We only have a few options, either pay rent which I can’t afford or move and lose my career and my partners.
