It’s a standard $100 increase and we’re spending all weekend looking at alternative houses. We’re in a great location and pay $500 a week. We’re not going to get another house like this so we’ll pay $600 but if we go there’s no way we’re renewing at $500. So we have no choice but to look at moving. We don’t want to. I don’t see much alternative to paying $600 a week. My housemate will move out and we need to find someone to replace them.
