Living Through My landlord told me

My landlord told me yesterday that they are selling the house I’ve lived in for 13 years. I will never find anywhere else in this area for the price I’m currently paying. Feeling totally lost. I love this home and know all my neighbours. I have been an ideal tenant and always done small repairs myself to save the landlord the hassle of sending someone out.
