One pot meals

With renting becoming more and more unaffordable, landlords don’t want to do repairs. I have 1 working stove element out of 4, no oven – which I haven’t had use of for 3 years. I’m at a loss of what to do. Landlord has increased rent by $75 per week in the last 9 months and I’m just at a loss. It’s so exhausting. Seems like landlords have total control over us renters at the moment. I also don’t want to lose my home.
