It is getting hard to negotiate rents because most rental agencies are making the last rent amount ‘private’, which means that WE ALL HAVE TO AGREE TO RENT INCREASES BECAUSE IT IS THE MARKET VALUE. Prices are through the roof, I am being charged THE SAME AMOUNT as a 1 bedroom apartment WITH A CARPARK.
